In Tuscany this well-kept apartment with a spacious terrace is located in a privileged position, in the upper part of Castiglione della Pescaia and from its panoramic terrace the view ranges from the island of Giglio to Corsica and the Island of Elba.
The town and the beach can also be reached walking via a flight of steps down the hill that practically reaches the sea. Outside the property there is a 1 parking space reserved for the guests.
From the road, a short stair leads to the house lying in front a large equipped panoramic terrace, ideal for spending pleasant hours outdoors and enjoying the spectacular sunsets while enjoying an aperitif.
The entrance leads to the large living room with an open kitchen. The furnishings with great attention to the smallest details and the large window overlooking the splendid panorama make this environment bright and welcoming. From the living room, on the left, a couple of steps lead to the bedroom furnished with two single beds while on the right a small corridor leads to the master bedroom furnished with a double bed and to the bathroom with shower.
Everywhere you find paintings, decorative objects and designer lamps. The owner has only recently renovated and refurbished the apartment and has furnished and decorated it with great taste.
The apartment is ideal for four guests. The sea, the equipped beaches and the center of Castiglione della Pescaia are not far away ... and after a long day at the beach you can relax in this little oasis of peace and enjoy the spectacular view.
If you then want to take advantage of the central location of Castiglione della Pescaia to go on sightseeing tours and excursions in Tuscany, you only have the problem of choice: the cultural cities of Florence, Pisa, Siena, the islands of Elba, Giglio and Giannutri , the seaside towns of Follonica, Porto Santo Stefano, Punta Ala, the wonderful Maremma towns of Pitigliano, Sovana, Manciano, the thermal baths of Saturnia, Petriolo and Rapolano .... and much more!

Thank you very much for the nice stay and time we had at the apartment! The only thing what we would recommend you for the next guests: A parasol at the terrace would have been nice for the very sunny afternoons. Apart from this we were happy with evsee more

Ampio spazio piastrellato e area verde dove il nostro gatto ha trascorso la sua magnifica vacanza, tutto ben recintato. Locale lavanderia sperato con bidoni per raccolta differenziata (non occupano spazio e non fanno odore in casa) e lavatrice il cui funzionamento non disturba. Gestione del locale affidato ad un’agenzia sempre disponibile e con personale cortese. La proprietaria che vive nell’appartamento attiguo molto cordiale, disponibile e presente senza mai risultare invadente ci ha fatti sentire a casa nostra. Consigliatissimo a chiunque voglia godersi una rilassante esperienza a Castiglione della Pescaia
