Located about 100 m from the sea (Bagno delle Donne) this smart 2-room apartment lies in a multi-family house on the ground floor. You reach the apartment via a small staircase and the front part of the garden. The terrace in front of the entrance is the ideal place for eating and relaxing outside.
Talamone is a water sports paradise, mainly for kiters, windsurfers and sailors.
Culinary options are available in various restaurants and bars.
The living and dining area is equipped with a table and chairs as well as a comfortable sofa. A TV and a fold-out wardrobe-bed for two people completes the equipment in this room. The combination of local artifacts paired with Balinese accessories give the room a special charm.
From here you get to the fully equipped kitchen with gas stove. The bathroom with bathtub / shower is located directly opposite and behind you will find the bedroom with a large double bed. Here too you will feel and see the landladies love to Asia and asian art.
On the back side of the house there is another terrace, especially sunny in the evening hours - just the right place for a sundowner.
The offer is mainly aimed at couples and individual travelers who are looking for a practical but chic accommodation, without much "frills" in Talamone, and which is close to the sea, as well as only a short distance to the Center.
Behind the house you find a quite large public parking place where you can leave your car without any problem.
Guests have access to all rooms, terraces and outdoor areas.
We are at your service during your stay at any time, whether it is to solve eventual problems, whether to give good tips for a great vacation: beautiful beaches, good restaurants, exciting excursions ....

ci siamo trovati molto bene nell'allogio di Carla, si trova parcheggio facilmente nelle vicinanze, e soprattutto è molto confortevole, soprattutto la veranda. consigliatissmo!

Carla è stata gentilissima ed è stata prontissima nel risolvere un inconveniente al check-in. Ci ha accolti con un cesto di frutta fresca e con l'appartamento che profumava di pulito. La posizione è ottima per vivere il paese e il mare , e la casa è see more

La posizione è ottima per vivere il paese e il mare , e la casa è fornita di ogni comfort. Un po' scomodo il parcheggio: sotto casa non è possibile parcheggiare per via dei posti riservati ai residenti e il parcheggio libero vicino è conteso da tutti noi turisti ( che ad agosto abbondiamo!) nel weekend è una gara!!

Io e la mia ragazza siamo stati benissimo nell'appartamento di Carla. Pulito e curato e in una posizione strategica. Carla è gentilissima e ospitale. Ci ha accolto col sorriso e con della buonissima frutta fresca! Consigliatissima!
