The Villetta Le Palme, ideal for 6 guests, is located a little outside of Marina di Campo, in a raised position with an enchanting view over the sea of the Campo Gulf. The sea and beach is about 800 meters and the vivid city center about 900 meters far away ... both reachable with a pleasant walk of a few minutes.
The Villetta offers private parking on the property and is very easy to reach. It is surrounded by a well-kept garden and outdoor terraces equipped with garden furniture and a large masonry barbecue ... all what is needed for pleasant outdoor dinners based on fresh fish or grilled meat.
Inside it offers its guests a large living room with seating area, fireplace and dining area. The large eat-in kitchen is well equipped with oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher ... The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, one with bathroom with shower, a small bedroom with a double pull-out bed and a second bathroom with shower.
The Villetta is furnished with care and offers additional comforts such as air conditioning, free WiFi, washing machine, TV.
It is ideal for one or two families, or a group of friends looking for an independent villa on the Island of Elba, near the beautiful sandy beach of Marina di Campo and the town center with its bars, restaurants, shops and boutiques to spend an unforgettable holiday.
Marina di Campo also offers its guests the opportunity to practice various water sports: Diving Center, sailing school, windsurfing ... and is ideal as a base for exciting mountain bike and road bike excursions.
All the other beautiful beaches in the area can be reached in a few minutes by car: Seccheto 8 km, Fetovaia 10 km, Procchio 5 km and Portoferraio (ferry arrivals) 15 km.

Viletta le Palme ist ein schönes und großzügiges Ferienhaus auf einem höher gelegenen, weitläufigen Gelände. Die große Südterrasse bietet eine herrliche Aussicht auf das im Hintergrund liegende Meer. Die Außen-Tischgruppe mit 8 Stühlen befindet sich see more
Viletta le Palme ist ein schönes und großzügiges Ferienhaus auf einem höher gelegenen, weitläufigen Gelände. Die große Südterrasse bietet eine herrliche Aussicht auf das im Hintergrund liegende Meer. Die Außen-Tischgruppe mit 8 Stühlen befindet sich auf der Ostseite unter einem schützenden Pavillion. Vor allen Fenstern befinden sich Insekten-Rollos. Die Bäder sind z.T. modernisiert worden und bieten, ebenso wie die anderen Räume, genügend Platz für persönliche Dinge, die es zu verstauen gilt. In der gut ausgestatteten Küche mit neuwertigen E-Geräten fehlt es an nichts. Die Begrüßung erfolgte durch eine nette Signora, die sich bei Fragen oder Anliegen sofort kümmert. Eine Herausforderung für jeden Autofahrer bietet die recht steile und enge Einfahrt zum Stellplatz.
