Villa Ondina on Elba Island, surrounded by the ever green nature on the Sprizze promontory, is located a stone's throw from the sea, the little Paolina island, the Spartaia beach and the gulf of Procchio.
In a panoramic position, with a breathtaking view over the entire Gulf of Enfola, it is the ideal place for a perfect relaxing and luxurious holiday on the Island of Elba. A pedestrian access leads to the little Sprizze beach.
The recently renovated Villa, shaded by centuries-old pine trees and surrounded by Mediterranean scrub, is positioned over two levels.
On the upper floor you will find a large living room with sofas and TV which communicates with a dining area and the fully equipped open kitchen. There are also two spacious double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom and a second bathroom with shower. Furthermore, there is a study to work in complete tranquility if necessary and a service bathroom with washing machine.
Large panoramic windows allow you to enjoy the view over sea and the colorful sunsets.
On the lower floor, completely independent, there are two further double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
The exteriors are well-kept and there is a wide terrace overlooking the sea equipped with a large wooden table for outdoor dining. A second outdoor area equipped for eating outside is located at the back of the house and can be accessed from the living room. Shower with hot water in the garden.

Excellent stay. Hot august sun, on a busy island. The house is well located (beautiful ocean view), the ocean is a quick stroll away, with clear, welcoming water. Island is easy to drive around, beaches busy but manageable. Excellent restaurants, espsee more
