This brand new apartment in Tuscany is located on the first floor in a small residence (3 apartments), immersed in the local pine forest and 400 meters from the sandy beaches of Marina di Grosseto. Furnished using the colors of the sea and the summer, it is the ideal place to relax after a day spent on the beach or exploring the treasures of Tuscany and the Maremma.
The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessed by a staircase at the back of the building which leads to the living room of the apartment which is furnished with great taste.

EXTERIOR
From the kitchen / living you access to a large covered private terrace with table and chairs for eating in the open air. In a corner of the terrace is also situated the washing machine.
You can also enjoy the garden around the house which is entirely fenced and also has a stone build barbecue for your grill evenings!

The city of Marina di Grosseto is a renowned tourist resort at just 12 km from Grosseto in Tuscany.

This important seaside resort in the Maremma, it is known for its wide sandy beaches overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea, with a vast pine forest in its back, known as ‘Pineta del Tombolo’, which extends from Punta Ala to the hills of the ‘Uccellina’.
The town center develops from the estuary of the San Rocco outlet, until the border of the Natural Park of The Maremma, not far from the mouth of the Ombrone river.

The wide sandy beach (an average of 50 meters width) with many bathing establishments and great parts of free public beaches, stretches without interruption until the city of Castiglione della Pescaia.
The sea is ideal for sailing, kite-surfing and windsurfing.

As the seabed slopes gently towards the sea, the beach is also safe for younger children. Furthermore, Marina di Grosseto is connected to Grosseto, Principina a Mare and to Castiglione della Pescaia through comfortable cycle paths.

Inside a completely fenced farm, the Apartment Il Giuggiolo offers you a beautiful gazebo with table and chairs to enjoy outdoor eating and a barbecue for your open air grill evenings.

A swimming pool with solarium with deck chairs and outdoor shower is always ready for you when you don't feel like going to the beach . The swimming pool is shared with the guests of the other apartment of the structure.

The apartment, on the first floor, consists of a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining / living room room with a sofa that can be transformed into a bed if necessary, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and also a bunk bed and one with two single beds. The room with the single beds has an en suite bathroom with washing machine. A second bathroom overlooks the corridor. Both baths are with a shower.

It is an excellent starting point for spending days at the beach, but also for visiting Grosseto, Siena, Pisa, Florence or Rome or the small Maremma towns rich in history and famous for their food and wine specialities.

The kind owner, Eva, will be at your service during your stay accompanying your children to visit the small farm with the farmyard animals or to harvest fruits and vegetablesfrom the garden with her.
