A few steps lead to the private terrace with table, chairs and deckchairs for lunches, dinners and an outdoor vacation under the shadow of the pine forest. The bathroom has a door that leads to an outdoor space at the back of the building where the washing machine is located. Guests of the apartment can use the large garden equipped with a swing, chairs and 2 barbecues.

L'alloggio di Nicoletta é ubicato al piano terreno e fa parte di un unico stabile, elegante e ben curato, composto da altri due appartamenti. La villetta si trova in una posizione tranquilla, a soli 5 minuti dal centro di Marina di Grosseto, punto strategico per utilità e divertimento e a circa un paio di minuti da alcuni stabilimenti balneari. La residenza, arredata con gusto, in stile marino, é composta da una cucina, due camere da letto e un bagno ed é circondata da un giardinetto in alcuni punti in comune. Trovandosi al piano terreno, per accedere all'appartamento, bisogna salire una piccola rampa di scale, la quale termina su di una deliziosa terrazza, arredata con tavolo, sedie ed ombrellone. Molto gradito inoltre il posto auto privato di fronte all'appartamento. Nicoletta fin da subito, si é dimostrata una host molto gentile e professionale e al nostro arrivo, ci ha pure omaggiato con un graditissimo regalo di benvenuto. Dieci giorni che sicuramente non scorderemo.. grazie!

Sehr saubere Unterkunft mit zwei schönen Schlafzimmern und einer sehr guten Schlafcouch im Esszimmer. Außerdem ein großer Kühlschrank und eine Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. I-Tüpfelchen ist aber die große, einladende Terrasse, auf der man abends auch mit vielen Leuten angenehm Platz hat, um einen schönen Tag am Meer ausklingen zu lassen.

Die Wohnung Elba ist sehr gut ausgerüstet und sehr schön! Sehr dankbar ist der eigenen Parkplatz und die drei (!) Klimaanlagen. Das Check-in war super einfach und bei Fragen stand die Agentur immer umgehend zur Verfügung! Sehr empfehlenswert!
