Marina di Grosseto - Apartment

Overall, this was definitely a good experience.
The Appartmento Elisabetta is a nice apartment in Marina di Grosseto, a bit far from the center, but very close to the beach. We walked every day only few minutes to a nice beach nearby, and used the car only for shopping and driving to other towns. You get a discount on one of the beaches, but it's a bit further from the house, so we decided to check out the closer ones, and we can fully recommend the Moreno Beach, which is also the closest. The apartment is rather cosy, but big enough for two people, especially if you don't bring too much stuff. It is lovingly decorated and has nice little details in every corner. There's free WiFi, but it did not work very reliably for us. Our biggest pain point in the apartment was the mattress in the bedroom, which we found to be quite hard and not very comfortable. The bedroom could also do with more outlets for charging electronics, so make sure to bring adapters/extensions if you need that. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with a lot of appliances (several pans and pots, cutlery, lots of different dishes and glasses, a toaster, a water heater, nespresso machine, bialetti, ... no scissors :)). It has an induction stove. There's no dishwasher, but a huge dish rack shelf above the sink. The fridge and freezer combination was spacious enough for us. The bathroom has enough shelf space to put most of your stuff, the shower is working decently, and there is even a small washing machine you can use. There are two ACs in the main room and the bedroom, which easily cool the rooms even with very hot temperatures outside. Both are controlled by the same remote (and the same main switch in the bedroom), and come with all kinds of settings. The balcony is accessible from both the main area and the bedroom, and has enough room to eat and relax in some deck chairs, but was still very hot in the evenings. You can also eat on the small table in the living room if you prefer to stay cool. Communication with the nice people from MaremmaLink was good. When we arrived for check-in, Nicoletta and her husband even had saved a parking spot for us so that we could park close to the flat. Just make sure you remember to bring enough cash for the deposit, city tax, and towels/linens (~150 EUR for us). The sides of the streets are usually quite full of cars, but we always found a parking space not far from the flat.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartement in Strandnähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeit für frische Brötchen am Morgen auf dem Campingplatz um die Ecke fußläufig zu erreichen. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Wir waren im Ende März 2023 eine Woche vor Ostern dort. Es waren noch nichts los. Strände, Lokale (wenn geöffnet), etc., hatten wir oft alleine. Also konnten wir die Toscana in all ihrer Schönheit ohne den ganzen Trubel genießen. Die Wohnung haben wir sauber vorgefunden. Sie ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und für 2 Personen gut zu nutzen. Eine Klimaanlage ist vorhanden, also ist auch für die Sommermonate gesorgt. Die Vermieter sind super nett und geben bei Ankunft wertvolle Tipps zur Erkundung der Gegend und der Lokalitäten. Die Übergabe der Wohnung war bei An- und Abreise sehr unkompliziert. Es wurde uns ein "Starter- Willkommenspaket" zur Verfügung gestellt (Flasche wasser, Spülmittel, Kaffepads, usw) mit einer leckeren Flasche Wein. Für uns ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt.

appartamento molto funzionale e spazi ben organizzati. dotato di aria condizionata in entrambe le camere. pulito spazioso e dotato di ogni cosa si necessita. terrazzo bello e spazioso. abbiamo avuto un piccolo inconveniente nella doccia che è stato risolto prontamente. lo consiglio vivamente, da ritornare!
