Recently renovated and tastefully furnished, the cottage is very close to the marina in Marina di Grosseto and only 50 meters far away from the sea and the beaches. It lies in a quiet, very valued and pleasant residential area.
The house is centrally placed on the property and is framed by a small lawn. On both sides, the front and the back of the house guests find a covered terrace. The front terrace is ideal for breakfast and to eat outside in general - especially because of the proximity to the kitchen. And the back terrace - with access to the bedroom - is ideal for relaxing.
The entrance is via the kitchen and living area. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a dining table with chairs in the middle, a sofa and a large flat screen TV.
A corridor leads to the two bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a massage shower. The other bedroom offers two single beds. This bedroom has its own bathroom with shower just next door.
In a small annexe at the back of the house you find a practical storage space for the garden furniture and a washing machine. A tree in the corner of the property provides welcome shade in this area, especially in the warm summer months.
The offer is ideal for a family with up to 3 children, but also for two couples of friends who appreciate the proximity to the sea and the excellent infrastructures and services of Marina di Grosseto.
But you can also take advantage of the villa’s central position in the Maremma and Tuscany to do some of the numerous sight seeings and excursions the region offers: the cultural cities of Florence, Pisa, Siena, the islands of Elba, Giglio and Giannutri, the seaside towns of Castiglione della Pescaia, Porto Santo Stefano, Porto Ercole, the beautiful cities in Maremma of Pitigliano and Sorano, Manciano, the Saturnia, Petriolo and Rapolano Spas…. and much more.

Eine tolle Unterkunft. Fussläufig zum Strand und zum Ort. In direkter Nähe zur Wohnung täglich ein Obststand. Ein schönes Café in unmittelbarer Nähe. Supermarkt ebenfalls in der Nähe. Herzlichen Dank. Ein toller Aufenthalt.

Besonders genial sind die beiden Bäder und die Möglichkeit, das Frühstück auf der schattigen Terrasse zu geniessen. Wir haben sehr viel unternommen in jegliche Fahrtrichtung. 10 geniale Urlaubstage!

Très jolie maison soignée au design récent qui nous attend à deux pas de la mer et de ses bagnos. Accueil très sympathique de Nicoletta qui est disponible au besoin. Nous avons pu changer d heure de départ sans souci, elle était d accord de venir à 8see more

Nous avons pu changer d heure de départ sans souci, elle était d accord de venir à 8h00 plutôt que 10h00 prévu initialement. La maison est jolie, fonctionnelle bien équipée. Cependant il manque des coussins sur la terrasse (chaises en bois) et peut être un canapé extérieur ou chaise longue pour se mettre un peu plus cosy pour un petit moment lecture.

Abbiamo trovato la casa di AnnaRosa ideale per chi come noi ha due bambini piccoli: è in posizione strategica, a due passi dal mare, con mercatino frutta verdura e con alimentari e bar praticamente di fronte, e vicinissima alla fermata del "Trenino Marino" 😀 Inoltre, l'alloggio è ben strutturato, pulito, e nuovo si puo mangiare in veranda e sono praticamente assenti gradini sia internamente sia esternamente - aspetto comodo per chi ha bimbi piccoli appunto! Direi che manca soltanto una doccia esterna calda per renderlo a prova di famiglia 😉, ma questa mancanza è mitigata dalla presenza di un lavandino esterno sul retro.

Villino in posizione comoda sia per il mare che per bar, ristoranti, market. Buona frutta e verdura che si possono acquistare giornalmente nel piccolo mercato a 100 metri. Qualche piccola cosa da migliorare suggerita all'host per rendere il soggiorno perfetto. Comunque consigliato!

Perfekte Lage für den Strandurlaub. Der Freistrand ist gleich um die Ecke. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuss super erreichbar. Zu viert und mit Baby war das Cottage etwas eng, wenn wir nicht draussen sitzen konnten. Aber ansonsten ist diesee more
