A few kilometers from one of the most uncontaminated areas of the Maremma coast in Tuscany, the Maremma Natural Park and the Marina of Alberese, there is a charming residence that awaits you: Casa Allegra.
In this house nothing is ordinary, you will not find cold Swedish furniture, but every detail, every piece of furniture has a story behind it.
The 18th century kitchen cupboard, the early 20th century French wardrobe, the late 19th century paintings, the early 20th century wooden armchairs that come from Mali, a 1940s drawing table ....
The house lies on two levels: on the ground floor there is a spacious living room and a nice dining area which overlooks the kitchen, two bedrooms, one double and the other with two single beds and a bathroom.
On the first floor, which can be reached via a comfortable staircase, another bathroom, a large relaxation room furnished with armchairs, a comfortable sofa, a desk .. and a terrace to enjoy some outdoor relax surrounded by nature.
On the ground floor there is also a covered terrace for outdoor alfresco dining and, of course, the barbecue is a must in the garden.

Perhaps the most satisfying stay of the last years. An excellent house with a lot of space, well equipped, with a large garden and a really tasteful interior. The location is situated quite close to the Maremma beaches ( 40 minutes by bicycle) as to see more
Perhaps the most satisfying stay of the last years. An excellent house with a lot of space, well equipped, with a large garden and a really tasteful interior. The location is situated quite close to the Maremma beaches ( 40 minutes by bicycle) as to the highway (ca. 800m) for trips of all kind. Contacts with our hosts were always friendly and easy. There's nothing left to say but....we just loved it and we'll try to come back some day! Highly recommendable!

Not as a disadvantage but a fact to consider: Villa Allegra is situated at the edge of a nice little village with all life a traffic of a little village.

Das einzige Restaurant in der Nähe hat leider Sportheimflair aber das Essen ist ok. Zu empfehlen ist auf jeden Fall ein Abendessen in der Altstadt von Grosseto. Innerhalb der alten Stadtmauern findet man die typische Romantik der Toskana!

Schöne Doppelhaushälfte zwischen Grosseto und dem Meer. Die Lage ist super, mit dem Auto sind es 10 Minuten nach Grosseto und zumindest in der Nebensaison ist man mit dem Auto in 20 Minuten am wunderschönen Strand von Marina di Albarese und findet dort problemlos einen Parkplatz. Das Haus ist sehr ausergewöhnlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Beide Schlafzimmer befinden sich im Erdgeschoss und bleiben auch an warmen Tagen angenehm temperiert. Die Küche und der Holzkohlegrill sind super, es fehlt an Nichts, selbst die Messer sind klasse. Die Vermieter wohnen in der Einliegerwohnung, wir hatten wenig Kontakt, wenn dann sehr diskret und sehr freundlich. Selbiges gilt für die Verwalter der Wohnung. Insgesamt hatten wir eine sehr schöne Woche dort.

Huis heeft een fijne sfeer door alle mooie kunst en boeken. Stranden zijn in de buurt, wij gingen naar Fiumara Beach 24 min rijden maar wel direct parkeren onder de bomen aan het strand. Wij zouden zeker nog eens terug komen.
