We are a family of 5 and we spend 10 days at Marina. The house was perfect for us. 2 separate rooms and 2 bathrooms. A lovely big covered terrace and wifi in the whole House. There is also aircondition in the whole House. The House is a 8-10 minutes see more

There is also aircondition in the whole House. The House is a 8-10 minutes walk from the Beach - but there were 2 bikes available, that we used for transport to the Beach and around the city. The House was very clean when we arrived, and when ever we had a question, we became a reply shortly. We would rent it again. 😃

Immersa nella pineta Toscana. Estremamente consigliata per chi vuole soggiornare a Marina anche perché lontana dalle strade più trafficate. Ottima per chi viaggia con bambino.

Ma gli infissi della casa sono ottimi e, chiudendo i vetri, si dorme nella calma assoluta ( magari con piccolo aiuto di aria condizionata al minimo). Le biciclette sono un elemento determinante di una vacanza rilassata perché non abbiamo mai spostato l auto dal suo parcheggio privato sotto casa! Jens e sua moglie ci hanno accolti con sollecitudine e hanno mostrato grande disponibilità. Vacanza piacevolissima.

This brand new apartment in Tuscany is located on the first floor in a small residence (3 apartments), immersed in the local pine forest and 400 meters from the sandy beaches of Marina di Grosseto. The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessed by a staircase at the back of the building which leads to the living room of the apartment which is furnished with great taste.

The city of Marina di Grosseto is a renowned tourist resort at just 12 km from Grosseto in Tuscany.
This important seaside resort in the Maremma, it is known for its wide sandy beaches overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea, with a vast pine forest in its back, known as ‘Pineta del Tombolo’, which extends from Punta Ala to the hills of the ‘Uccellina’.
The town center develops from the estuary of the San Rocco outlet, until the border of the Natural Park of The Maremma, not far from the mouth of the Ombrone river.
The wide sandy beach (an average of 50 meters width) with many bathing establishments and great parts of free public beaches, stretches without interruption until the city of Castiglione della Pescaia.
The sea is ideal for sailing, kite-surfing and windsurfing.
