The entrance opens onto the well-equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, oven, and all the essentials for self-catering.
From here, you enter the living room, a cozy and comfortable space with sofas and a TV, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach.
The heart of the house is the spacious veranda, enclosed by large windows and furnished with a large dining table. This bright and versatile space is perfect for family breakfasts, convivial dinners, or relaxing moments sheltered from the sun.
The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom with shower, a second bedroom with a double bed and a third bedroom with a bunk bed, a second bathroom, also with a shower.
The veranda leads to the back of the house, where a covered outdoor terrace and a small private garden with a barbecue area are ideal for grill and outdoor evenings.
The house features a convenient automatic gate with remote control that provides access to a private parking space.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, WiFi, a dishwasher, a washing machine and all necessary services for a serene holiday.
Until June 15th and from September 16th it is possible to book the apartment starting from a minimum of three nights. For reservations of less than seven days, bed linens and towels are not included in the price, but can be rented for €20 per person (€10 for bed linens and €10 for towels).

Appartamento spazioso e molto ben attrezzato. Letti comodissimi e spazi confortevoli. Aria condizionata nel salone e in tutte e tre le camere da letto. Veranda molto carina e giardinetto ben curato.

Ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. Consigliamo di noleggiare delle bici perché l’unico supermercatino di Marina di Grosseto è un po’ lontano dalla casa. Con la bici si raggiunge in 5/6 minuti. |

The city of Marina di Grosseto is a renowned tourist resort at just 12 km from Grosseto in Tuscany.
This important seaside resort in the Maremma, it is known for its wide sandy beaches overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea, with a vast pine forest in its back, known as ‘Pineta del Tombolo’, which extends from Punta Ala to the hills of the ‘Uccellina’.
The town center develops from the estuary of the San Rocco outlet, until the border of the Natural Park of The Maremma, not far from the mouth of the Ombrone river.
The wide sandy beach (an average of 50 meters width) with many bathing establishments and great parts of free public beaches, stretches without interruption until the city of Castiglione della Pescaia.
The sea is ideal for sailing, kite-surfing and windsurfing.
