This small, delightful apartment, completely renovated and newly furnished, is located in the pine forest of "Rosmarina", a residential area of Marina di Grosseto. The sea and beaches are 300 meters away and in a few minutes you can also reach the city center.
The apartment has all the necessary equipment for a worry-free holiday and there are mosquito nets in all rooms.
It is possible to park in front of the house where there are numerous free parking spaces.
Ideal for those who want to bring their dog as the small garden in front of the house is entirely fenced and if there is a child, fun is guaranteed because in front of the apartment there is a nice space dedicated to the little ones with swings and slides .
EXTERIOR
A shared gate leads to a small, completely fenced garden and from there a few steps lead to a small terrace with table and chairs for your outdoor meals.
INTERIOR
You enter directly into the living room / kitchen, tastefully furnished with table, chairs and a sofa which can be transformed into a French bed (1 place) if necessary.
From the kitchen you then enter the double bedroom and the bathroom with shower.
The washing machine is located in a room under the staircase.
