In the quiet of the beautiful Maremma countryside, just 5 kilometers from the sea, lies this brand new apartment, ideal for a totally relaxing holiday. Inside a completely fenced farm, the Salice Apartment offers you a beautiful gazebo with table and chairs to enjoy outdoor eating and a barbecue for your open air grill evenings. A swimming pool with solarium with deck chairs and outdoor shower is always ready for you when you don't feel like going to the beach . The swimming pool is shared with the guests of the other apartment of the structure.
The Salice Apartment lies on the ground floor and consists of a spacious and fully equipped eat-in kitchen, two bedrooms, one double and one with a French bed, and two bathrooms with shower, one of which contains a laundry area.
It is an excellent starting point for spending days at the beach, but also for visiting Grosseto, Siena, Pisa, Florence or Rome or the small Maremma towns rich in history and famous for their food and wine specialities.
The kind owner, Eva, will be at your service during your stay accompanying your children to visit the small farm with the farmyard animals or to harvest fruits and vegetables from the garden with her.
Not included in the rental price and to be paid upon arrival:
- Final cleaning € 40.00
- Rental of linen and towels € 20.00 per person and stay
- Pets € 20.00 per stay.

RECOMMENDED! From the advertisement and the photos we knew roughly what to expect, but when we arrived we were pleasantly surprised! In real life it is even more beautiful than in the photos: - the children can play freely in the huge garden - everything is new, the entire apartment with furnishings and the entire outdoor location such as the garden - everything is super clean - the swimming pool is not yet in the pictures is new and very nice - the hosts are great! With everything so helpful and generous. We even had a delicious meal in the garden with them one evening, at their invitation. - parking spaces are covered and free on site. Eva's tips will take you to wonderful restaurants, tourist spotsthe most beautiful bays in no time. For us this was a first introduction to this location and especially this family, but we will certainly return. Eva and Ricardo, thank you so much for your positive energy and hospitality at your fantastic location. See you soon!

Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern) haben eine sehr schöne Woche bei Eva und ihrer Familie verbracht. Die Wohnung ist ganz neu und entsprechend in super Zustand und gut ausgestattet. Eva und Ricardo sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber und haben sich wirklich sehr see more
Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern) haben eine sehr schöne Woche bei Eva und ihrer Familie verbracht. Die Wohnung ist ganz neu und entsprechend in super Zustand und gut ausgestattet. Eva und Ricardo sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber und haben sich wirklich sehr bemüht unsere Zeit so angenehm wir möglich zu machen. Das 2. Bett war etwas zu klein für unsere beiden Kinder, aber zusätzliche Bettlaken und ein Zustellbett waren kein Problem und wurden sofort zur Verfügung gestellt. Der schöne Pool und die Sitzgelegenheit vor der Wohnung sind ideal, um auch Zeit an der Wohnung zu verbringen. Strand, Restaurants und der nächste Ort sind ein paar Kilometer entfernt, aber dafür ist es wirklich sehr ruhig uns hat das gar nicht gestört und wir kommen sicher gerne wieder!
