Immersed in the centuries-old pine forest of Marina di Grosseto, the brand new Apartment Hollywood is located on the first floor of a small building, the Residence California at only 400 meters from the sea and the beaches.
Two short flights of stairs lead to the large private terrace equipped with table and chairs for those who love to spend their holidays outdoors without giving up the comforts of a comfortable apartment.
From the terrace you access the fully equipped kitchen / living room: oven, induction hob, refrigerator, "Nescafè Dolce Gusto" coffee machine, kettle, television…There is also a spacious dining table and a comfortable armchair in one corner for relaxing moments.
A small hallway leads to the sleeping area consisting of two bedrooms and a bathroom with a large shower. The master bedroom is tastefully furnished, with spacious wardrobes and a large chest of drawers surmounted by a mirror. The other bedroom is furnished with a wardrobe and a bunk bed whose lower part, if necessary, can become a second double bed as it is equipped with a pull-out bed.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and with a great attention to all details. Free WiFi.

Gli spazi interni sono perfettamente studiati e arredati con gusto.Una grande terrazza provvista di tavolo e sedie completa il tutto.Molto silenziosa la zona . Particolarmente apprezzata la convenzione con il Bagno Capri . Un grazie particolare alla sig.ra Nicoletta come sempre gentilissima e presente per qualsiasi necessita'.

Die Wohnung war Super. Der Weg zum Strand kurz. Parkplatz stand immer zur Verfügung. Am Wochende war es durch Tagestouristen voller, aber wir haben immer einen Parkplatz gefunden. Der Parklatz und die Straßen vor dem Haus eine Katasthrophe. Schlaglöcsee more
Die Wohnung war Super. Der Weg zum Strand kurz. Parkplatz stand immer zur Verfügung. Am Wochende war es durch Tagestouristen voller, aber wir haben immer einen Parkplatz gefunden. Der Parklatz und die Straßen vor dem Haus eine Katasthrophe. Schlaglöcher und Wurzelerhebungen durch alte Pinien. Man muss aufpassen und sehr langsam fahren, damit man nicht mit dem Auto aufsetzt. Die Pinien spenden viel Schatten. Schlüsselübergabe und die Verständigung in Englisch dank Google Übersetzer war hervorragend.

Eine Kaffeemaschine für Filterkaffee wäre nicht schlecht und eine Wolldecke zum zudecken, da die Klimaanlage manchmal trotz hoher Nachttemperaturen einen frösteln lässt.
